The SharpKeys utility manages a Registry key, which allows Windows to remap one key to any other key. Included in the app is a list of common keyboard keys and a Type Key feature to automatically recognize most keyboard keys.
SharpKeys works by simply exposing a Registry key, which controls how Windows remaps keys. The list of keys that are included in the app are from most US-based keyboards.
Overall, SharpKeys is a quick and easy way to remap your keyboard keys to a configuration that suits your needs. However, it is not guaranteed to be 100% complete for world keyboards.
